Delivery Times

I will always try to post your item within 24 hours of you placing your order (or funds clearing if paying by cheque or money order), except for weekends, if it is stock. Most items are made to order so will take up to  2 weeks. I will email you with approximate delivery dates as soon as you have ordered.

All items arrived boxed, and you can request gift wrapping at no extra cost.


UNITED KINGDOM
(England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

All parcels are sent recorded delivery. This option requires a signature for delivery and offers proof of postage and compensation up to a certain level.

Recorded Delivery - £1.50 for the first item and 25p for each additional item added to your basket.


EUROPEAN UNION
(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain & Sweden)

International Signed For  - £4.50 for the first item and 25p for each additional item added to your basket.


REST OF THE WORLD

International Signed For  - £5.50 for the first item and 40p for each additional item added to your basket.

Under no circumstances will I despatch goods to Nigeria or Indonesia.



Notifications

When your order has been despatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1-5 working days (Airmail may take a little longer depending on the availability of flights) All orders are sent
Recorded Delivery or International Signed. These postal options mean that the items are fully insured by Royal Mail. Please note, your account will offer up to 5 delivery addresses to be held on record, please ensure you select the correct delivery address.

Returns

I aim for you to be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not, you may return the item(s), carefully packed and undamaged, to us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund of the original purchase price of the goods (excluding the original post and packing price). We regret that if the goods are damaged on return, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for the item(s) to protect yourself against loss.
